you do know that oyster sauce doesn't take like oysters, right? It's kind of a generic thicker brown sauce with soy and mysterious umami.

Generally you want to add a few extra ingredients. One of the most common is an egg, but I can't comment on how that tastes because I'm allergic to those.

Pretty sure there's an infographic that floats around the board with things you can add to various flavors of ramen to make them more tasty.

I put oyster sauce in my pan fried udon noodles.

P.S. The brand I get is pretty fishy tasting, so I use it sparingly, as the other anon said, as a sort of generic thickener.

brown sauce is the godfather sauce. its sugar, soy sauce, msg, chili oil, broth, probably oyster I forgot. its just a mix of a bunch of asian shit, its always different

then any sauce is based odd that

orang sauce - oj and brown
general tsos- spicy brown w scallions
hunan- spicy brown
sesame- brown w sesame seeds
