I don't get why people get so assblasted about carbs. they don't make you fat or cause diabeetus. the beetus is just caused by oxidative stress that obese people experience. you could live off of sugar, be a normal weight, and not get the beetus. If you're a semi active person, excess carbs don't get stored as fat. They get stored as glycogen in your cells to be used as energy later when you work out. Carbs aren't the meme boogeyman that the internet makes them out to be.

i try to stay within 80-120 mg/dl. eating something carby will take me to 150-180. not good.

Carbohydrates: Rest
Example: 80 kg (chosen total calorie consumption 2000 cal)
NEEDS 64 g Protein per day -> 64g * (4.1 cal/g) = 262.4 cal (13.12% of 2000 cal)
30% Fat -> 600 cal Fat -> 600cal * (1 g/9.3 cal) = ~64g Fat (~30% of 2000 cal)
2000 cal - (262.4 + 600) = 1137.6 cal Carbohydrates * (1g / 4.1 cal) = ~277g Carbohydrates (~56,88% of 2000 cal)

Carbs aren't the devil
That said, you could always look at what you actually like about carbohydrate rich dishes. Pizza has cheese, tomato sauce, meats. Sandwiches have flavorful fillings. Pasta is mostly about the sauce/stuffing.
Carbs are used as a vector rather than a legitimate gustatory element. At best, they provide a pleasant mounthfeel.

Just get most of your carbs from veggies and lentils and nuts and fruit. Avoid pure carbs that hold little nutritional value.

I eat like 100g carbs for 3000 calories while recomping on tren.
Just eat more protein/fatty foods and you'll not care about carbs that much
