I use bisquick pancake mix.

You need an egg and some milk to mix the batter.

Then oil my pan with bacon fat or butter because I usually have bacon with pancakes.

I pour in my batter and drop the blueberries on top, I never mix them in the batter.

Just drop them on top and pres them in lightly.

After I flip them I put a bit of butter on each one to let it melt.

Then I serve with real maple syrup. Not that aunt jemima crap. its fake and make of corn it sucks.

I only use the real thing.

Thick, fluffy, and drowned in so much maple syrup it spontaneously develops an affinity for tartan flannels.
