The gubmint wanted to put a volume price on wine a few years ago that would have made the cost go up to around $60 lots of people got pissy and it never happened.

I'll say it again- any bottom shelf vodka can be improved IMMENSELY by adding a few ounces of lemon or lime juice to it. goes from swill to drinkable instantly, and compares well with Stoli and whatnot.
