Mix with a little sour cream, add 1-2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper, chopped dill or scallions. Put it on dark rye bread with tomatoes or radishes, maybe some cucumber. There's a shit ton of stuff you can do with it, it's also perfect for breakfast.

Fruit is popular, sweeter the better. So canned peaches, strawberries and fruit salad kind of fruit combinations. Open up a can of Dole tropical mix for something different. It can be stirred into setting jello molds, along with fruit.
I prefer it savory. I might sprinkle on some salt blend like Tony Cachere's, Jane's Krazy Mixed up Salt (which has a lot of celery seed), or even Mrs. Dash, which has those bits of dried tomato, dried peppers and great pepper flavor. Just sea salt is good.
Cottage cheese is good blended, whirl it up in the blender with some green onion, and pour over a baked potato, or use a veggie dip.
