You're retarded if you think it isn't.
Even just taking a 15-30 minute walk every day coupled with eating healthier food in smaller portions makes a huge difference in weight loss.
You can do intermittent fasting but this is pretty "eat less". Swap one of your meals with oatmeal and don't drink anything that has calories, just water,tea or coffee.

Running 3 miles burns 300 calories.
Walking 3 miles (about an hour for an average person) burns a little less than that.
Which is easier? Walking for an hour or cutting out a snack?
