finely diced, and put some inside: omlettes, as a pizza topping, in your spaghetti sauce, and on a salad.
I always cut it into a bunch of super thin pieces and throw it in my toaster oven till crisp or lightly browned. Then i'll either eat it plain, on a little rice, or on naan bread

>cut into small chunks
>fry in a pan
>when browned and juicy mix them in with white or fried rice
>optionally mix mayo, horseradish sauce, and sriracha for a sauce to mix into it.
Kimchi fried rice with spam is pretty great easy food.

Too much fat and sodium to eat that shit.
i already posted this somewhere else but it's turkey, homemade paleo wrap, and laughing cow cheese
Cut the Spam somewhat thin and fry it until it's crispy on the outside. Place on bread with cheese and add mustard.
So good.

get the low sodium version then.
>cube & fry in a pot in some oil
>add water so it more than covers the meat
>add bouillon/stock cube, pepper to taste, maybe fried onions, garlic powder
>when it boils, add some fast-cooking pasta like
>stir for a while, turn off hob, a few more stirs
>let pasta cook on residual heat
You can also add some cream.
Lazy but works.

this except I like mayo instead.
Cut into thin slices and pan fry it. Fry an egg. Place on top off day old rice. Add optional sriracha and/or ketchup.
Runny egg yolk acts as a sauce.
It's a mostly edible recipe.

Easy as fuck to make though.
Slice as thin as possible. Microwave. Turns into something better than bacon.

When I first moved to Korea my boss gave me a hamper of different spams and sauces. Never actually eaten spam before but I fried that shit up and ate like a burger and it was delicious. Also works pretty well with a tomato sauce for a pasta bake
