Usually, with children filet: I heat the chicken in a pan, until its start to turning into white. Than I rest it in a plate under tinfoil, and make the vegetables/side dish / sauce. After that I place back the meat for 3 minutes in the pan. Never pink never diarrhea. Always tender, never tasteless
