I eat dozens of times, if not hundreds depending on then night. I eat as I cook. After a full dinner rush or holiday/business party I always have a massive salad with mesclun or butter greens and grilled meat on top of it.
You really should start drinking smoothies at least, it's your life though live it as you so desire.

It had nothing to do with nutrients, it's about gastrointestinal health. Fiber is a necessity as is roughage. Water, your nutrients and overall health is dependent on your plumbing.

I eat meat, dairy, I smoke sometimes, I'm a regular consumer od caffeine but I work out, drink water as a main beverage and eat plenty of fibrous vegetables and fruits.
Vitamins have also been proven to be basically a placebo, extending your life by an average of 0 days/weeks/months/years. So it's pointless to take them. If your urine is yellow, it means there's an overabundance of vitamins your body is expelling and doesn't need.
TLDR- you don't need them, eat better.
