Making wacky cakes with mama's old recipe.
Gotta start with the dry ingredients nigs.
>1.5 cups self raising flour
>3/4 cup caster sugar
>3/4 cup cocoa powder
>1 tsp baking powder
I sifted in the cocoa because it's easier than breaking up the lumps once the liquids are in but do whatever you want.

Then the wet ingredients.
>1/3 cup cooking oil
>1 cup water
>1 tsp vanilla
>1 tbsp vinegar
I used olive oil because it's a flavourless kind that must come from the millionth pressing of the olives but anything that's flavourless is fine.
Chocolate chips.
Added way too many but that's okay I'll get over it somehow.

Muffins. Bake at 160C for 30-35 minutes.
You can also make this into a cake which works best in a ring tin.

I bake a lot but I'd never bake something like that. I'd weigh 1000 pounds. I only bake sourdough bread.
