How does /ck/ make their ramen?
In a plastic bowl where I pour boiling water over it.
I take the block out of the bag and boil it in a soup made of whatever the fuck is in the fridge. Then I crack two eggs into it and wait for the whites to cook.
That's the extent of how fancy I'm willing to get.

I make shiitake dashi instead of niboshi or katsuboshi since I can't get the fish for cheap. I want to try making a chicken stock too.
Teach me how to make Ramen /ck/
I've made a sort of vegetable miso soup before but I'd love to make my own Ramen.

I open the packet slightly and remove the seasoning bag.
Then I crush the noodles with my hands so that they're a fine crumbly mess
then I add boiling water to the mix, add the seasoning pouch, add some black pepper, add some frozen sweetcorn and whatever suitable leftovers I can find in the fridge

I add an egg, packet of gelatin, and maybe chives.
I dont generally use a broth because I rarely make it myself and storebought is wasted money.
If I dont have spare chicken stock then I use water the. Drop two eggs in.
That's it, I want a feed not anything fancy.

That shit is instant noodles, not ramen
Ofcourse the only way possible if you're not a complete fuckhead!
I spend 20 years learning from a Japanese (NOT CHINESE MIND YOU), 70 year old man. By the time he's on his deathbed he tells me the secret recipe and I can get to make my own ramen. I twist, twirl and throw the dough around until I have perfect thin noodles. I boil it and throw into my bowl.
I'm 60 years today and have made two bowls or ramen so far, first one being at the age of 20.
I've made ssoooooo many threads about this.
I make lame cheaty ramen by using a beef stock cube and then adding miso paste. But hey it's a fast tasty dinner and I like to put in all sorts of veggies.
