op buy pork shoulder or boston butt (same shit).
get a rub, preferably a mexican one but a barbecue one will work just fine. rub the shit out of that meat, I mean cover it. then put it in a tight container, a duch oven if you have one, with a lid. if you don't have anything that will fit it, take a deep cake pan and cover it with tin foil.
depending on the ammount, it may take longer or shorter. but the tl dr is you want to throw that shit in the oven on 400 or 350 for one hour, then down to 300 for very many hours. check it at the 4th hour mark. some parts might fall off, but others may still not be tender yet. wait till its tender. don't turn up the heat unless you think heat is escaping your oven (IE it doesn't close properly).
once this is done, shred up the meat like you would pulled pork, then its time for broiling, broil that shit untill its just about to burn, it should look dark brown but not black or anything, then take it out and mix it. if you have too much liquid to do this, don't pour it out, get a pan out and reduce the liquid and then pour it back in. broil and mix your meat about 5-10 times depending on how awesome you want it to taste vs your lazyness.
now you have the meat. go to the store, buy some fucking corn or flour tortillas (no hard shells you fag), a salsa of your choice (I recommend green but the main thing is to get salsa that is not loaded with sugar, you want a pungent vinegary salsa). then cut up tomatos, onions, cilantro, avacado, and open a can of black beans. any other topings you want you can get, but this is all you really need to do good tacos. if you aren't sure how to evenly cut an onion check youtube and ffs buy a halfway decent knife.
