It's Pad Thai with egg noodles (couldn't find rice noodles near me), 3 eggs cooked in oil, sauteed until brown then cooked in oil chicken breast, 3 green onions, a bunch of parsley, and premade pad thai sauce.
If you skip the bean sprouts you're literally just making asian spaghetti
