Define a good Burger
What should be on it? What type of bread should the buns be? How rare should the meat be?

I like any kind of burger, so I'd rather list what not to do:
No medium done meat. It's a burger, not a steak.
No brioche, the french can't give two fucks about design a burger bun.
No double meat or double cheese. There's more to flavour than just those.
No more than 2 sauces. I want a burger, not a soup.

Nice slice of cheddar cheese
About 2 tsp BBQ sauce
It HAS to be handheld and capable of easy eating. Any burger which cannot fit in the mouth, or needs a stick to stop it falling apart, is too fussy and big.
This is my fave.
1/3 lb good quality beef, ground that day.
Medium rare.
Ciabatta. Come at me.
A thick piece of slightly melted sharp cheddar above the patty.
A whisk of horseradish under the patty.
