Also if you want it:
1.5 cup APF
3.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbs sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1.25 cup milk
1 egg
3 tbs melted butter
mix ingredients in a bowl and cook in a nonstick pan on medium heat. if you want blueberries put them on after pouring the batter into the pan.
If I cook breakfast, it's usually eggs turned into tamago yaki. Great with diced pepper and sausage inside with a side of rice.
