Make them? Always on the stove.
How I have them varies depending on how I feel. Right now I'll just have a pinch of cinnamon but this morning I had half a banana with some maple syrup. Blueberries are nice. Nutmeg as well. A lot of people like peanut butter in their oats but I'm not a fan, even though I really like peanut butter.
My oats are done now so gotta eat b4 ride. Oats are good before a ride because there's nothing worse than getting hungry when your miles from home.
