>prewashed spinach
It's not that hard to wash spinach, anon.
Looks good, maybe get some more variety but you can eat well for a while on that.
>>7085321
>>shopping at ALDI and. not buying meat from butcher / seafood shop
>>7085624
That's clearly Woolworths.
>>7085321
Need canned tomatoes, canned beetroot maybe. Frozen spinach is good too, they sell NZ grown at Aldi for $1, don't get the Chinese stuff.
>>7085334
They dont sell any other fresh spinach like that surprisingly
Op also add 1kg bag of carrots, should be $1 each if you get the Jamie Oliver endorsed Odd Bunches. Chop roast them, add cumin and toss in your quinoa.

The indignant outrage that /ck/ feels from seeing different packaging for food never ceases to make me laugh.
Spinach in plastic boxes is the most common way to see it where I live.
Threw some brocoli and sweet potato together to bake. Seasoned with salt and pepper and some dried herbs.
>>7088323
also a bit of olive oil obviously
>>7088323
>>7088434
burnt the broccoli, just gives it a bit of crunch.
should get canned tuna for 69 cents a can
all rice has a high glycemic index and raises sugar level quickly
chicken looks expensive but maybe you cant get the ghetto style 3 pound bags for six dollars like me
beans are expensive for such a small amount and you can get bulk pinto beans for 79 cents per pound
spinach is bagged not in a fresh open bundle and was probably more expensive
> I buy everything you have there every time I go shopping for groceries
>>7085321
So used to seeing American brands it always takes me off guard when I see stuff here that is in my supermarket.
those are all good ,low calorie choices , with high nutritional value . OP has well thought out choices about what they bought
>>7089057
Some of them look better.
>>7085664
Packaged spinach is like $3/8oz, unpackaged is $1/16oz. If you care about saving money, might as well get unpackaged.
>>7089057
OP here, I have no idea how I can use the spinach in a meal. Any ideas?
>>7091832
I put it on sandwiches, or use it in salads
>>7091832
spinach salad?
>>7091832
Salad, omelettes, also look up a recipe for chicken stuffed with chicken breddy gud
>>7091854
>chicken stuffed with chicken
Can't find anything, got a link?
1. Nice smoked salmon enjoy the 50$/kg vs 30 for fresh and lower amount of oils
2. Deli chicken is cheaper
3. If you're not gonna buy organic brown rice then buy the biggest pack not that rip off tiny amount
4. Do you want some spinach with your pesticides.
5. Beans good choice
6. Canned mackerel or sardines if u dont want heavy metals
>>7092894
>organic
Organic everything is fucking expensive m8.
>>7085334
Seriously though, who doesn't wash vegetables/fruits again even if it says it already has been?
>>7093777
$48 m80
