Do you like your burrito to be wet on a plate, or would you rather it be dry and wrapped in foil?

I can go either way, but it better have a house sauce if it's wet. Too many good mexican places started using canned enchilada sauce around here and apparently from the same supplier.

what's the difference between a wet burrito and an enchilada

I'm a man-child who prefers finger food, so I'm going to vote for dry.

I've always thought of an enchilada being baked in the sauce, but I don't know if that's actually the case.

None of the places here do it like that. They fry the corn tortilla in oil to make it pliable, fill it with beef, chicken or pork, and then bake it to warm it through. When it comes out, they smother it in red or cheese sauce.
Unfortunately, when you Google "enchiladas", you're going to see something that resembles a lasagna.

That's an enchilada not a burrito retard.

Wet burrito is much bigger, uses flour tortilla, and has several fillings like rice, beans, meat, cheese, and sometimes lettuce and tomato. Enchilada is small, corn tortilla, and almost always is restricted to a single filling. Also I've never seen rice or beans inside an enchilada, one are both are damn near a requirement for any burrito.
