Imagine if people didn't eat meat. Crabs would probably have speech by now. Enough but not too much, like a tablespoon on a smaller salad or two on a big one. I'd rather have not enough dressing then too much, because I can't stand soggy salad.

Yes, you are.
I use a vinnegrette which I put into a spray bottle and 2 sprays is enough for me. I spray one time first then mix the salad up and give it a second spray making it adequate for consumption.
