Has /ck/ found any great recipes online that you'd consider staples now?
I've been using Chef John's wing recipe a shit ton, though I'll switch out to try different sauces here and there (the one he posts is bretty gud though).
Any other success stories? I'd love to hear of other sites with good recipes.

Honey siracha? No for me.
I still follow my grandpas recipe and sometimes adapt it depending on my tastes.
Some butter or margarine, half a bottle of franks red hot, a big squirt of ketchup, some maple syrup or brown sugar to change the color and flavors, and a splash of white vinegar.

I agree it isn't for everyone. The recipe he gave though was more for a better oven baking technique as opposed to sauce. You could use whatever sauce you want.

I really like Fxcuisine.com, it's a food blog by some swiss guy who goes to great lengths to show the individual steps in his recipes.
His Ragù Alla Bolognese and the Lasagna recipe are amazing, his Uzbek plov is really good too.
