Fresh, cold pressed, locally sourced ingredients, in the form of juice.
Everyone should be cold press(juicing) locally grown produce.
On top of that you just need a carb source like local, MINDFULLY harvested, raw honey and bee pollen.... Any then you're good to go just don't talk trash and be humble and that's what a healthy human would be doing with their mouth, usually, maybe, try it for as long as possible and you will FEEL THE RESULTS. Drinking alcohol while juicing is going to defeat your health faster than abusing drugs.
Just remember to continue to find the freshest, ripe, ORGANIC(only and strictly), local, fruits and vegetables, and you can say you feel the way you actually should without having to eat a freaking massive salad because you don't actually need to unless you are abusing your body in which case(most) eat as much raw, organic, high water content, locally grown, sustainable, organically grown, pesticide free, fruits and vegetables as possible.
Otherwise you are an idiot and haven't the slightest clue what horrible side effects American foods, grown conventionally, forced in pesticides, actually do to a normal human body. Trust and see for yourself Monsanto and Bayer are super invested in the chemical, industrial, dependence of Americans; and they are trying to expand.
I literally wish they never existed in the first place because humans will suffer forever because the genetic damage agent orange(Monsanto) caused for Vietnamese citizens.

Alright, since everyone else here is an Americlap with no concept real food.
Eating well isn't hard, it's just about good ingredients, and remember enjoying food doesn't require a large meal every time you sit down.
When you're having meat try eat it with some Spinach or herbs tossed with olive oil and salt/pepper or balsamic.
Instead of fries etc roast fine beans, carrot, mushroom, aubergine, (anything?veg you feel like honestly) in a thin coating of oil and your seasoning. So much flavour in roasting you'll actually want to eat this with everything, just make sure you have a full portion of each.
And when you need sugar have fruit. Make vegetable soups and eat them with bread. Bean stews, from-scratch curries, etc. There is no limit to what you can do.
Pretty much cut out premade, preprocessed foods and your job is 90% done.
