What's your favorite kind of nut /ck/? Salt or No salt? What's your least favorite? What are some foods that go well with nuts?
I fucking love macadamia and cashews. Sometimes I will buy a big tub/container of cashews and they will be gone within two to three days.
Doesn't matter if it's salted or non-salted, but I try to go with non-salted since ingesting too much sodium seems like a bad idea.
My least favorite would probably be almonds or pecans. Can't stand them.

Walnuts. They taste great, are also one of the most healthy foods you can eat, and have umami qualities. I think I'm the only one in the world who doesnt like cashews. they just taste too light and sweet, too buttery... I just dunno. they're probably my least favorite.

Salted if I'm eating them straight.
Nuts are always nicer when they are hot and toasty.
I always toast pecans before mixing them in with porridge, with a stewed apple. Its a godly combo.
Cashews are the best. I like every nut other than Brazil nuts though. They need some salt, but the lightly salted kind have plenty.
All nuts are fine, but salted ones usually suck.
