My favorite one is Pu Erh followed by Sencha.
Is there any reason I should brew and strain tea instead of using it more efficiently by putting it in a Vitamix or Blendtec?
I'm addicted to matcha, it's so yummy. Recently I found an online brand that's been my fav so far, Aoi matcha.

Currently working at a bakery that has a wall of tea. Over the past couple weeks I've learned to make London fogs and other assortments of tea themed drinks. It's incredibly fun.
I'll share my favourite combo with you guys.
Thai Chai tea, 1/2 cup steeped in milk or water
3/4 cup of steamed milk with a couple teaspoons of a vanilla bean flavouring in it and a couple tablespoons of a powdered vanilla chai flavouring (the spiced ginger chair powder is delicious too)
It's fucking amazing.
Mix the two liquids together for a sip of heaven.
