I've worked in about a dozen kitchens and I've never understood why most servers and kitchen staff (most are NOT chefs and most do not have some "reverence" for the food they cook, especially at a chain restaurant that looks to be total shit) have such huge fucking chips on their shoulders. Sure, the kitchen is a hot noisy place and you often have a lot of work to do, but there's really no excuse for purposefully destroying a paying customers food and if I were running a restaurant I would immediately terminate any employee who did it, no strikes, that's it.

I'm confused, it says ribs but it looks like chicken. I mean I kinda get well done ribs, ribs are done 160 but you really want to aim for 200 for bbq.
