Hey /ck/
Making a pizza tomorrow night, because it's Sunday and I usually go out of my way to cook something on Sunday nights because, you know... cooking and shit...
I have a pretty cook dough recipe I'll be using, but my setup isn't ideal. No pizza stone just your typical metal pizza pan. A conventional oven which I swear to god is off by 20 degrees, and nothing in the house to make a pizza; going shopping tomorrow for ingredients.
You tell me how to make a great pizza, and I'll post pics (will deliver, because I'm not a total faggot).

Next.
Unless you have the following, it's gonna turn out like shit.
>stone / steel
>pizza peel
>mixer with dough hook
>scale
>good can of whole tomatoes to make a sauce with
>microplane for garlic
>fresh basil
>food processor
What does coffee taste like?
Nobody ever gives me a straight answer when I ask them.
It tastes like coffee. If you don't know what coffee tastes like, you should taste some and find out for yourself.
>>7186078
Tastes like burnt piss. Just take a smell of it brewing it tastes worse than that.
>>7186078
Hot, bitter water...but not really.
The scent of coffee is very indicative of its flavor.
Goddamn I love coffee.
Oh my fucking Christ is there anything better than this?
The feeling of not being obese

How do I make French toast that will take me to flavortown? I can't seem to keep it from being bland
use cinnamon raisin bread or something else that's more flavorful
coat it with crushed cereal before frying
top it with chopped nuts/toasted oats/granola
use a more flavorful syrup like molasses, fruit syrups, or even peanut butter mixed with heavy cream
>>7185616
I found some recipes that had flour and some without, what would you recommend?
>>7185628
there shouldn't be flour in a french toast recipe unless you're making the bread from scratch first
We're going for Indian food today /ck/! What do you order when you go for Indian?

What are some foods similar to "whole chicken in a can?"
What the fuck kind of questions is this? The only thing similar to a whole chicken in a can is a whole chicken in a can.

pineapple & ham

Do you like bread? I like bread.
I like bread, but not burnt crusty bread. I like to make flat bread that is chewy and moist inside. I eat it with chili.
I like bread, but not chewy moist bread. I like to make bread that is burnt and crusty. I eat it with chilli.
>crust to too hard that it scrapes and cuts behind your teeth
>crust is too soft that it gets soggy after a few minutes making an unpalatable dough-mush
>white bread, ever
Do you like cheese? I like cheese.
yeah cheese is pretty good
I do but none of that highbrow shit, Kraft singles are everything cheese ever needs to be.

Oh boy, here we go again...
Nothing is better than a Whopper with extra mayo with fries and a fountain cola. How does it manage to be much more filling then Big Mac despite just one patty and less bread?
>>7183834
It's much wider, has a thicker patty, more vegetables.
>>7183834
>extra mayo
I made the mistake of forgetting to ask for no sauce once or twice and they fucking piled that vile gunk so damn thick
How do you live with yourself?
three times the veggies. that's the reason.
Which hot pepper is your favorite as far as taste goes?
Never had a superhot before, is it possible to eat it casually alongside a meal?
Smoked Ghost Pepper. It's very similar to what you would expect chipotle to taste like, but has a much most bold and savory flavor.
>>7183832
ghost peppers are meme peppers
>>7183824
bell pepper
:^)
