Why do people eat rotten cheese?
Anyone else got issues with your stomach? I'm starting to wake up almost everyday in pain from years of acid reflux, I've been managing it by low dosing Tums whenever it hits, anyone else got a better solution?
I live in america, that is far too expensive, currently attempting to lose some weight to some degree, I've managed to exercise regularly for 2 days now, so that's at a new record.

Tonight I will be making "poulet basquaise." You will need:
- Two chicken breasts cut from a whole chicken WITH bones attached
- Green Pepper
- Red Pepper
- Chicken Stock
- White Wine
- Onion (not pictured)
- Tomatoes (not pictured_
First step: pour yourself a glass of wine, it's been a long day

In a skillet (or pot) bring the oil and butter to heat and then brown the chicken on the skin side only - about 2-3 minutes
Once that's done plate and enjoy!

if you trust the quality of your meat, it's fine. i hate the texture of it though.
you can finish them in the oven, but what i usually do is cook the meat over medium-low heat until it's 90% of the way done, then take them out of the pan. heat the pan to medium-high and give it a sear, it should finish cooking to well-done. this is more energy efficient than heating the oven to finish them off.
