You dicks don't eat gourmet on a regular basis so don't act like it. This pot roast is more like it and it's tasty.
You're absolutely right, I don't eat "gourmet" on a regular basis. I much prefer comfy, home style meals like pot roast and the like.
I would definitely eat that pot roast, though I would rather have some nice crusty home made bread instead of that shitty store-bought hamburger bun.

Is it okay to just have tea without milk in England? I'm visiting and don't like milk or sugar in my tea, but I want the authentic experience, so I'm wondering if every english person takes it with milk.

Bought some ribeyes today. Intend to make them for dinner, but the problem is I don't have access to a grill.
How do I cook these fuckers up in a pan? Don't have cast iron so popping it in the oven is not a good idea with my shitty walmart pans.
If your oven can get to 500 degrees, put some kind of pan for drips on the lower level and put the steaks right on the rack like a grill. Some ovens I have done this and it works great. Others didn't get hot enough really and it didn't work so great.

1 c flour
1 T sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1 c buttermilk
2 T melted butter
1/2 t. vanilla extract
This is my go to American style pancake. Barely mix the batter together, some lumps are ok. Tender thick fluffy buttermilk pancakes await.
