hey /ck/ i just picked up a pound of carne asada. how should i season/cook it?
What should I do with leftover kimchi juice? Been eating it for a few months now and I always feel bad for throwing out all that flavorful liquid.
Hey /ck/ I've been successfully eating healthy for years, and it was all thanks to a lifestyle change. I bought a blender and experimented with making various vegetable and fruit smoothies to eat daily and at work. I was able to make a compact nutrient rich smoothie that I now partake in everyday. There's only one downside however, and that due to the high amount of fiber it makes you quite regular.
Therefore I've taken to naming this smoothie: Colon Blow™
>1/2 Green Bell pepper
>Handful of Kale
>1 tblspoon of Cellulose Powdered Fiber
>1/2 cup of V8 juice
>1/4 cup of Kefir Yogurt
There's a qt π cashier at my local grocery store that I'm going to ask out one of these days. What should I have in my cart when I do this to look like less of a slobbish pleb? One assumes that my chances are worse if I'm buying my usual instant noodles and beer.
what a strange form of peacocking. are you going to want to try to impress her every day for the rest of your life? you should just strive to be the kind of person that impresses people, and you'll probably start to hate her if you can't just b urself.
Got some unsalted butter, finna make some Ghee.
Just medium low and strain a few times. You should be able to tell when the water evaps.
Also, I wish this fat fuck made more videos, he has shit production value but the best knowledge.
I recentlystarted eating oatmeal. I now substitute a part of my bread for oatmeal. This because I got tired of only eating bread. I normally take 8 slices a day, becuase I eat a shitload of food. I like it a lot, becuase I now eat something else than bread when I am hungry. The downside is that I need to eat a lot of it to get the feeling that I've got something in my stomach. I eat now like 200g a day.
I've got some basic variations with milk or quark. Do you have a nice recipe you like to use?
It is said that oatmeal is healthy, but is it really?...

Whenever I make a bowl of oatmeal, I mentally divide it into four quarters. On each quarter I sprinkle a different combination of spices like basil and turmeric or, I don't know, cumin and thousand island dressing. I hope I'm refining my pallet and becoming a spicemaster since I can't eat eggs and become a spicemaster the traditional way.
That's it! I've had enough! I will not be shamed for being a mobile poster! You can't do this! You're the shitposter going into every thread posted from a mobile and saying ">image.jpg"!
Mum left 1.2 pounds of ground sirloin on the counter and a note saying I could make dinner if I like. There's a lot of stuff here I can use but I don't know how to cook
Why does my asshole burn every time I eat garlic?
Seriously, fuck garlic.
You're lying, fuckface. None of the organosulfur compounds responsible for garlic's bite make it past digestion, nor cooking. They're unstable at heat, acidity, and to oxidation. Capsaicin, however, (responsible for spicy, hot taste) does. Are you seasoning with chili powder or similar along with the garlic? Otherwise just piss off with your false-flagging.
Anyone else work with total flyovers?
Here's how a recent conversation with co-workers went
>how was your weekend anon?
>pretry solid. Found a super good Mexican restaurant. Had some authentic tacos with nopales and everything.
>what the hell are nopales
>oh it's like some cactus. Texture is weird but when they grill it up its not terrible.
>HEY GUYS DID YOU HEAR ANON ATE CACTUS TACOS

I was starting some tomatoes in jiffy pellets and accidentally double-seeded a couple of them, but both seeds sprouted.
Wat do? I don't want them to choke eachother out; should I buy a few more pellets and transplant the twins?
Do you eat at a table /ck/? I just realised the only time I use a table is at restaurants. At home I eat on the couch, at my laptop, or in my bed.
I feel you OP, it has been a while since I've eaten at a table since I moved out. There was a year with a group of roommates where we'd eat at a table every night, but the downside was that was only when I cooked. Since then I eat almost exclusively on the couch.
>I eat on the couch, at my laptop, or in my bed.
Guys I need an answer asap
For dinner should I have a tuna sandwich mixed with mayonaise and cholula hot sauce or a toasted spam sandwich slathered with mayonaise?
Sorry for my stupidity
I am new to cooking and am looking at decade old wooden material to work with.
Wooden cutting boards, spatulas, giant spoons, etc.
Is it ok to keep these for a decade?
Is there a specific way to take care of wooden materials?
What are pros and cons of wood vs plastic cutting boards?
I use lost of wood myself. I generally keep wood used for cooked food separate from wood used for raw. Also keep a separate cutting board for things that touch garlic and onions and things that don't.
I don't know the pros and cons because I've never used anything else.
