What is your guys' opinion on the end piece of bread?
Does it go in the trash? Do you reluctantly eat it? Do you enjoy it?
How do you make life without all the toppings and cheese shedding water and getting it all soggy and watery? I used fresh mozzarella instead of shredded. Was that my mistake?
For fresh mozzarella to work right the oven has to be much hotter than your oven goes. We're talking 800-900 degrees F. Commercial ovens can't get that hot, either, which is why the standard fast food style pizza is made with low moisture mozzarella. If you want the good stuff made with fresh you have to go to a place with a wood (or sometimes coal) fired oven. These places are generally two to three times more expensive than chains or slice joints.
What's up co/ck/s? I found a block of tamago in my freezer that's still good but don't have rice or seaweed. What else would go good with this shit? It seems like it'd be weird to eat plain egg block
Would it be good woth those things? I thought it was notmally served cold and have no idea what to do with it or how to prepare it even besides thawing it. I'm hoping it's as sweet as it is at the local sushi places and I don't have to sugar ot up at all

Prove to me that there's a more diverse or better agricultural center than California, 'Merica
Pro tip: You actually can't
I don't know man, they got that weird exotic shit Im sure like opium and tea and shit. But california can grow everything the best because of its diversity. Mountain ranges, desert, coastal climates, the fertile central valley

I've never eaten here before. How is it? Should I not waste my time by going there? What should I get?
Mediterranean veggie sandwich is great.. Lotta chopped peppadews in that
but its like $7.
and if you get any soft food, its the tiniest container... like, what youd put condiments in is what the food comes in, and its priced high. Not fast food quality by any means, but after spending $12, youll want to go eat an actual meal elsewhere
I eat there if I have a gift card, otherwise not happening. They do have some tasty stuff, but yea it's way over priced. Over $10 for a small cup of soup and half a sandwich, or I can take my happy ass over to chipotle and get like 1.5 pounds of delicious for $6.50.
Also I'm salty that they took off the menu the chipotle chicken sandwich. Shit was tasty

What's your morning coffee like?
Black? Sugar? French Press? Moka Pot? Espresso Machine?
French press, beans ground with my burr grinder, with a tiny splash of milk. I don't have any sort of consistent routine so I'm having trouble nailing down the best method, or doing any troubleshooting
