Chicken soup here
>>7327833
I don't have a picture but earlier I had a grilled chicken breast with garlic mashed potatoes, and sauteed broccoli, bell peppers and onion. It was simple, and very hearty/tasty. I also drowned my whole plate in ranch and sriracha sauce for that extra zing zang kick.
I made this earlier. Found some recipe online where I marinated the patties in a worcestershire and soy sauce mixture. I dug it

why do you need a fork and knife if it's just soup?
>Feel like having an orange soda
>Store only has Crush, buy it anyway
>Drink 1/3 of the bottle
>Check nutrition facts
>SEVENTY ONE GODDAMN GRAMS OF SUGAR
who did this
You're not gonna die you fucking faggot. Get over it
>>7327182
>Soda has a lot of sugar
Stop the fucking presses
>go out to dinner with friends
>food arrives
>about to tuck in
>girl in the group says "No wait, anon, I have to get a photo of your food!"
>goes around the table taking a photo of each person's food
What do you do in this situation?
start eating
Let the bitch take a picture because fuck being the autistic asshole of the group
>no, because my tribe believes that taking a photo of food robs the food of it's soul and food with no soul has no flavour
>start eating
Is this a meme drink? I honestly like the flavor it has
>>7319354
It's a meme drink
How about you talk like a normal fucking human being and stop asking if something is a meme
Who the fuck cares? What does that even mean? If it triggers your autism?
I could literally beat the shit out of you so fucking badly right now
Don't tempt me
>>7319360
What the fuck did you just Fucking say to me , you little bitch?
Half a rack of spare ribs.
Hickory and apple smoked for about 2.5 hours at 250 ish.
Getting foiled with some brown sugar and sauce and tossed in the oven for an hour or so at 250 to tenderize those bitches.
They'll be finished in the oven with sauce and no foil.
Now I need to make some slaw'.
Sauced up, and ready to go back in the oven to set the sauce.
I sure am glad there's idiots out there that don't eat pork for "religious" reasons, as that leaves more for the rest of us.
Looks tasty as hell. Don't have room for a smoker in my apartment, but makes me want to roast up some ribs next weekend.

>Don't have room for a smoker in my apartment
Bullshit.
Pic related is a weber smokey Joe 14 inch portable grill that can be converted to a smoker with the addition of a 32 qt aluminum pot. You can do pork butts, ribs, chickens, and turkeys in those bitches. Total cost would be under $100.00 to build, and it wouldn't be that difficult to make.
Check out this dudes vid.

Just had Rosti with vegetables for the first time.
It got me thinking about how pretty much every culture has it's own form of potato pancake. Every type of cuisine from around the world, that I've ever had, has had some form of potato pancake. Japanese, Indian, Belgian, German, American, Mexican, French, Russian, and the list goes on.......
What's your favorite style or regional form of potato pancake?
>>7329154
Dumplings from various starches.
Fried starchy vegetables.
From Italy here.
Crespelle di patate.
It's a thick, yeast-leavened batter of mashed yellow potato, egg and flour, fried more-or-less like a North American pancake (only with considerably more oil).
Pic related is the pizza-inspired version, pizzette fritte/pizzette di patate. These are the next incarnation of Italian-style potato-pancakes, topped with tomato sauce and grated hard cheese.
Anyone been to a Bismillah Grocery or Halal Grocery? Anyone know if they have any Eti Topkek,Popkek,or Paykek? I know it's meme food but it's legitimately good to me when I first had it.
Literally ANY Turkish shop will have all of these.
>tfw turk
>tfw love strawberry topkek
>tfw it's the rarest and all I find is the random dry fruit topkeks instead
ELEVATED LAUGH
With what can I eat greek yogurt?
I don't like eating sweet things in my yogurt, so I usually eat it with chips or carrots. I'll make lentils and mix it with yogurt at the end. I can't stand the texture of yogurt by itself, so I can't just eat it with a spoon. I like how it tastes with savory foods though.
Any recipes or suggestions?
When I make falafel I eat it with just plain greek yogurt since I'm too lazy to actually make tzatziki sauce after having expended the effort to make falafel.
Same goes for literally anything that involves tzatziki. I'm just too lazy.

Just make it the day before, anon.
Things become much easier when you break them into smaller steps.
A fair amount of yogurt is used in Indian curries. Even if the curry doesn't have yogurt in it, you can make a raita to go on top. A raita is basically just a seasoned yogurt condiment. I usually mix salt, cumin, and cayenne into the yogurt and just plop it on top of my meal. Cucumbers are also a good addition if you want the yogurt to have a cooling effect on the curry.
Also, maybe try making some vegetable smoothies? I usually use yogurt, milk, and berries (no sugar added), but if even that is too sweet for you, you could try making it with veggies instead.
>not putting ranch on everything including pizza and noodles
It's like you're not even white.
>>7327321
>noodles
Pizza I understand but come on
>>7327321
>leftover spaghetti
>fry it up in pan
>add moar cheeses
>add small amount of ranch
>god-tier bachelor life
>>7327321
>It's like you're not even poor uneducated Amerilard white trash.

Anyone here like Knackwurst? Its so fucking good, even as a hotdog substitute.
>>7326952
They sell bratwurst but I figured knackwurst was made cheaply or not well from an unusual part of the animal. I guess I've never seen "luxury" knackwurst but I would buy it because I'm part German-American.
>>7326952
fuckyeah
but please score them finer than this google pic
what is knackwurst? what differs it from bratwurst?

I'm going to a charcuterie workshop tomorrow. Any of the industry professionals here have any experience with curing meats?
>>7326495
>Implying anyone on /ck/ has any experience other than fast food, processed snacks, and chicken tendies.

Fuck off.

Guys, every time I make pizza, the dough gets messed up. It always rises in the oven to about double its size, so I end up with 75% bread, 25% toppings. Also, the dough is too sticky even when I cover it in flour, so I can't transfer it from the worktop to the pan. What am I doing wrong, how do I fix it?
It should come off the bench clean. If not, you need more flour which can be added to the bench, but really the mix should be close enough before that. Firm, but soft if that makes sense.
Let it double, knock it back, then let it rise again before using. Oven should be as hot as it can go, so it'll cook the outside quickly. Too many toppings can mess it up too.
Try letting it rise in the pan, then poke it with your fingers and put the toppings on.
tl;dr double, knock back and place in pan, rise again, poke down, put toppings, hot oven, GG ez pizza

Got any good pizza dough recipes? Obviously the one I've been using isn't very good.
get a digital scale, and a bread machine, and experiment. Or use the recipe in the bread machine's cookbook.
sup. blog post incoming
what's in the baaaaaaaaaggggg
>wa la!
open box, they look fine.
Why do the Italians have such shit taste in everything? These things are dry as fuck. How can anyone enjoy them?
I like them and I've never found them dry. Maybe you just got some bad ones? Like shortbread, if they're overworked, they're dry.
>>7325710
>How can anyone enjoy them?
With a cup of coffee or tea, you amerifat.
>dry
