How did the Burger King manage to make halloween whopper such a viral success? I have a theory that they paid off every youtube channel to talk about it so that it would go viral.
I think it was familiar enough that no one would be afraid to eat it, but it was weird enough that it was easy to make a video about.
Wasn't it mostly a "viral success" because everyone kept talking about how it turned your shit green? I don't think it was successful at all otherwise.
Because it was such a novel idea. who would have even thought about using octopus ink to dye your food? i would have imagined that that shit was poisonous, but you barely even noticed it in the bread.
It proves once and for all that America is in the forefront of the food industry
What's /ck/ favorite dish soap?

Palmolive oxi or clorox oxi are god tier. Dont need much, cleans excellent and rinses easily.

What do you have for breakfast/brunch each morning? Does it change on certain days?
I make a pizza a few times a week and just wake up, drink, and start the day with a nice plate of cold leftovers pretty much every day.
Vodka martini and a piece of dry toast.
I can't wait to die.
Oat porridge every day. Only the fruit varies. Today I had a banana in it with chopped up walnuts.
Usually don't get hungry again until about four or five hours later. Cheap, tasty, nutritious, easy.. what's not to love about glorious oats?
I really, really, like oats.

I love working in a kitchen but it seems like weight gain is almost unavoidable. All my coworkers are fat and I'm starting to gain weight too....
Is this normal in kitchen culture?I guess taste testing sauces, noodles and etc. catches up with ya more than I thought. Seems like most of my coworkers eat fast food outside of work because we're all tired of cooking after shift. Srly. Is this a normal occurrence?
Yes, cooking is a shit industry and most people in it are fat because they spend so much time around food that they eat McDonalds whenever they're not working.
But 5% of restaurants have proper hours to make life worth living so that's something.
I was skinny as hell for years working in kitchens, didn't start getting fat until I started factory work.
>>7352654
Pastry chefs seem fat as fuk
I think good cooking indicates a good mind.
If you are sick in the mind, you can only make a lousy, or even poisonous soup.
A healthy mind wll make a very delicious soup.
What do you mean by sick in the mind? I'm horribly sad, but I make very good food. It's the only thing I do well or care about.
>>7352537
Then obviously, you are just sad like any other person. A healthy amount of human emotion can drive you towards success.
>>7352537
Walk into any professional kitchen and try to find a healthy mind, OP. I'll wait here.
