Get a shallower pan, my man. If you can't, then try buttering between crepes. If THAT doesn't work, then you probably need a better spatula. If you aren't using one, then you should probably start if your crepes are coming out like that.
The most ideal setup is actually a griddle pan, so you can do two at once and flip them faster/more easily. But not everyone has one.

Looks like your batter might be too thick or too runny, adjust that. Also have a kitchen towel on hand so you can very lightly oil/ butter your pan when necessary. Another thing might be that your pan isn't hot enough because usually pretty much everyone fucks up the first crepe because of that.
It's always been a lifelong dream of mine to open up a sketchy somewhat creepy diner along side the road in the middle of nowhere. Risotto is my go to, you can make it so many god damn ways. Saute leeks before adding the rice, or add peas and crunchy sauteed panchette 5 mins before serving.
Play around with spices, you can make Moroccan, Indian, Italian or just a bag of dicks, that pleases all the OPs.

It is fine. Cheaper than buying from a pizza joint and better than the shit-tier chains. Plus in a way it is more convenient in that you can make it whenever, but you still have to cook it. Certainly better than 90% of frozen pizza.
However I always burn my mouth because I refuse to learn from my mistakes.

It does and they pass the savings on to you. I like them because they actually grate their own cheese which is a lot better than pre-shredded shit that's coated in cellulose like most chains use.

Im prepping some beer braised carnitas for tomorrows Super Bowl to make nachos. For some reason I thought I was working with 3x as much meat as the recipe called for so I tripled everything, including salt. I noticed in the middle of cooking how salty it was, realized my mistake, and drained out the liquid and put new beer/water in. Ive pulled apart the shoulder and finished cooking it just now and while the salt has diminished, its not as flavorful as I'd like, but I suppose its the best Im gonna get at this point.
Will the saltiness be drowned out by the other...

Because I strongly disagree with the "delicious" part, and am not a /fit/ monkey.
I feel that chicken is more efficient on the calorie/protein ratio, and doesn't have that "fish and a bag" feel to it.
