A lonely drink, capped off by a bullet.
I work all day at a burrito joint, so burritos mixed with lonelyness.
Who knows, the other person closing with me is a hot grill and she volunteered to take that shift. As far as I'm aware she's single. Maybe she'll want to get drunk after work or something

What is your favorite style of beer?
I'm kind of a pleb when it comes to beer but from what I've experienced so far I'd have to say wheat beers are my favorite. I've liked every style I've had but the wheat beers I've had have all been nice and light, nuanced and refreshing
How bout you /ck/?
>>7369964
Stick to drinking beer that tastes good to you. Avoid beer that doesn't taste good to you.
It's a complicated process.
I had this last night. It was atrocious. It tasted like a liquefied candy bar.
Why are people so hellbent on destroying beer?
>>7369964
I prefer brown/scottish style ales the most, but I also like a good stout or porter. Pretty much any dark beer that isn't overly hopped.
IPAs are definitely my least favorite, every time I've tried one it tastes like I'm drinking liquid pine tree or something like that.
I like spinach, but every time i have it, it never really tastes that great.
What can i do to make it better, on its own i mean. I usually throw it in stews, or a sauce, or in an omlette or something. Or pizza occasionally.
Otherwise, i tend not to eat it. Any suggestions? Also, is there any difference between baby spinach and regular spinach?
>>7368901
There's a K t the end of spinach...k
Spinachk
Fry it into a few eggs with a little salt.
Like several handfuls of spinach and two eggs. My go to breakfast.
>>7368901
i usually throw it into scrambles or breakfast burritos. it can be a good lettuce replacement on burgers or sandwiches too. my wife makes green smoothies with it. baby spinach tastes a little milder. no idea if it is nutritionally different though.
New tea thread.
Tea of the day: tie guan yin
Surprisingly decent bagged tea.

Fucking good taste friend. I usually go for longjing, but that's my next pick for Chinese green.
What does /ck/ think of this sandwich?
way too greasy. lacking something that looks crunchy and fresh.
Grease/10

>>7369955
Okay, you go first.
Vodka gives me headaches.
Oh and the worst liquor I have ever drank was some Rasberry or perhaps it may have been Strawberry vodka. Puke on the first sip... fucking awful.
My preferred choice is a nice whiskey and other dark liquors.
I recently had a "the Kraken" spiced rum and it was ok. I didn't like it much at first but it grew on me alittle.
I also don't mind chugging on good beer or wine but thats a quick way to get fat but if it wasn't for that it would be my favorite choice.
Opinions on shakshuka?

Good stuff.
As a base, I've used fresh or canned tomato, and I've done it with a puree and with diced. Just cook it down to get the consistency you want. I like to brown the shit out of onion, bell pepper, and garlic alike, before I add the tomato to cook down.
As for spices, I go with salt,...

whatever floats around your fridge I´d say.
yesterday I made one with chorizo and eggplants, a couple of weeks ago with leftover roasted mutton an red bell peppers.
For herbs or spices, I´d say definitely chopped parsley, cumin if you´re in the mood, paprika, Oregano, marjoram,thyme,etc...
the only obligatory things for me are eggs and the tomato based Sauce.
What country/region has the most underrated cuisine?
