why is there no gluten free and locally sourced fast food without being too overpriced?
Does anyone have any experience with MAC knives and how they hold up?
I'm a line cook looking to finally drop some coin something that can hold an edge for longer than a day.
I'm also interested in the sabatiers but I don't have the ability to physically handle one before buying unfortunately.
What is the best temperature for a pork chop?
Ho do you like my home made pizza pie?

Is it weird to go to a buffet alone?
Where is your God now?
I just acquired one bag of Original Chicken Mcnuggets. AMA

Is it feasible for a company like McDonald's to switch to using entirely organic ingredients?
I decided I didn't want to make the thing I had bought ingredients for so I just started throwing stuff together at random. I'll find out how it tastes in about 15 minutes. stay tunes.
this stove sucks I hate it so much
it's pork. I soaked it in brine with red pepper flakes and come garlic for 30 minutes and then seasoned it with paprika, dry mustard, black pepper, more red pepper, msg, and a little allspice.

The ultimate cheese for grilled cheese has been determined
All the ketchup recipes I've seen as well as all the ketchup in supermarkets has either sugar or some other sweetener like high fructose corn syrup added to it. Why? It's supposed to be salty/savory and getting rid of the sugar/corn syrup would only make it healthier. Unless I'm overlooking something, there's literally no reason to add sweeteners.
Because the sweet and sour flavor of the sugar and vinegar work well together with the tomatoes.
If you don't want sugar in your ketchup then go ahead and make it without sugar. No one is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to make your ketchup with added sugar.
Are parasites in the sea more harmful than the ones on the land?
No, the ones in the sea merely feed off the fluids of various larger sea creatures.
The ones on land have been fucking up this country for hundreds of years and when someone tries to help them it's "socialism" (which is somehow a bad thing).

In France they have stores that sell nothing but prefab frozen food.
>all those jack's right before the 30 second mark
I'm 'murrican and I've never seen an entire aisle with nothing but frozen pizza.
At most you'll typically see 1/3 to 1/2 of one side of a freezer section devoted to pizza.
I've been really thinking about this a lot and I think Marco White is my favorite chef and the biggest inspiration on my cooking.
This isn't an easy thing to say because he's considered a sellout for doing those Knorr videos. But I actually think the Knorr(TM) stockpots/cubes are his strength, they really add a lot WITHOUT adding a lot of difficulty.
Here's an example:
I made Marco's roast chicken using the Chicken Cube paste as he recommends in this video. It was frankly delicious, the paste really added flavor to the chicken.

If Marco knew how disrespectful you were being to our moms, im sure hed gut you like an English Pheasant.
Markos alcoholic father was a horrible man. His Mom quite possibly saved his soul from hell.
