Usually do a pasta with chicken or pork in large pot and eat it few days. But on days off work I don't use the calories. So asking recipes, not eating habits.

I started in high school because I was shocked by how animals were treated and I thought it would be healthier, but now that I am more mature and educated on it I've realized that so long as its local its usually ok treatment and health wise. I've been veggie 5 years so how should I reintroduce meat to myself?
