I'm searching for a good receipe for chinese noodles with some meat.
I'd like to have some sesame on the meat.

I've never seen actual sesame used with fried noodles, it's usually just sesame oil.
I like char siu as a meat but lap cheong can be nice occasionally.
Have you tried chow fun before? It's pretty good and is usually just beef, hor fun, bean shoots and soy sauce. If you're frying it always make sure that the noodles are slightly cooked before.

Is this kind of coffee grinder a good investment? I know hand burr grinders are best.
It would depend on how you brewed coffee, if it is a drip coffee maker who cares, but for a french press or a chemex it would be nice.
I actually have one and I find it fun to use even if it takes a little longer than other methods of grinding.
what's so funny about this?
anti-intellectual moms think it cures diseases or some shit
It's just salt. Not even curing salt, which contains nitrites and preserves the color of brined or smoked meats, just salt that happens to be pink.

You have died.
Because your life was relatively uncontroversial, you end up in purgatory.
As a denizen of purgatory, you are entitled to dine on one item of your choice for the rest of eternity.
This item must be an actual foodstuff, so you can't pick anything like "pussy" or "mana."
What do you choose?

OK. So the wife took out chicken for dinner tonight, and given me no other instructions or requests, so what should I make. Pic is essentially what I have, I can go to the store on the way home from work.
Only caveats are wife doesn't like spicy, and I have to feed me, her, a five year old, and a two year old, and have to manage all of them and a new born while cooking.
What do you think?
Is this 'blue rare' or just undercooked?
