Does anyone have easy Italian pasta recipes?
Heat up some olive oil, add some chopped garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until the garlic just starts to turn golden. Add some halved cherry tomatoes and cook them down a bit. Add the pasta, salt, pepper, chopped fresh herbs (oregano, basil, parsley, etc.) and toss to combine.
Serve with some freshly grated parmesan or pecorino romano on top.
What would you consider a good "breakfast cheese?" Something to put on bread? I'm feeling like brie is a bit too much for the morning but chevre might be ideal. Cream cheese is obviously the default but I'd like to do better.
I like Kraft Singles American cheese, I usually throw in 5 or 6 slices to cover my scrambled eggs and I'll have that with a bunch of bacon and some more melted American Cheese on toast.
Also you can add sliced American cheese into Kraft Dinner to make it extra cheesy and flavourful, alternatively you can use cheese strings.
When I make a meal for the first time, in this case General Tso's Chicken, I like to start off with the bare essential ingredients. I like to start off minimalistic, get the dish right, and then expand with more ingredients when making it again.

I had this excellent snack in Amsterdam last time I visited, I can acquire herring locally but I need to know how they prepare the Herring.
I don't think it was pickled because pickled herring is way stronger in flavour, it just tasted fresh and fishy. It was prepared cold with raw onion and gerkin, but I can't imagine it was raw?
How do I cook this fish?

They have them in my area, I see it driving around all the time. It looks fucking cool IRL, makes me wanna do that job lol. I used to cater out of my car as well as deliver pizza, this thing is so cool for a delivery driver. It's very driver oriented with special slots to organize everything.
