Okay guys, tips on making good burgers? Give me all the tips and tricks

Patty should be 100% beef. Fillers are unneccesary and add-ins usually don't work very well because they have a different cooking time than the beef does. Make the patty with 100% beef. Fat content should be around 20%. If the meat is too lean then the burger will have a mealy texture and it will fall apart during cooking.
When forming the patties do so quickly. The more you fuck around with the meat the worse the texture becomes. Shape the patties so they are a little thinner in the center than at...

I usually just get some mince with around 15% fat, then grate some onion and toss in some crushed garlic along with salt/pepper. You can also spice it up with some smoked paprika or cayenne if you're feeling fancy.
For toppings i usually make some sort of mayo and sourcream based relish, usually with halapenos, garlic, some ketchup, salt/pepper and some other spices if i feel like it.
Champignon or other mushroom fried in butter with some balsamic vinegar is really good and comeplements this as...

What should I order? Like I want to get my money's worth
I made some rice with beans on tuesday. I made actually a pretty big batch, there's still half a pot of this stuff in the fridge. I ate a bit on wednesday and then I wasn't at home until today.
Is it still safe to eat when I left it in the fridge with a lid on?
Cold slows the spread of germs and heat kills germs. Just reheat it.
If you wait too long the enzymes in the ingredients might start getting funky, then it's just a matter of whether you still think it tastes good.
3-4 days for most leftovers.

>heat kills germs
Yeah but that's only part of the problem with food poisoning.
Provided that you follow the correct procedures when cooling down, and provided that the fridge is cold enough, any freshly cooked food is safe to eat after 3 days in the fridge. In restaurant contexts, food must reach room temperature (21°C/70°F) within 2 hours after hitting 60°C/140°F, and from there fridge temperature (5°C/40°F) within an additional 2 - 4 hours. This is best achieved by storing in shallow rectangular containers that maximize the ratio of surface area to volume, and avoiding large, tall or spherical containers.
Well, I just did it. About an hour ago, I got hit in the head hard enough to knock a chunk out of my left ear. I had to clip off the extra flesh, and decided to season it with salt and pepper, and sauted it in olive oil. I was actually pretty tasty. I don't know if it was just the presence of cartilage, or that I may have used too much salt, but my ear tasted honestly kinda like bacon.
Ask a guy who's committed autocannibalism anything I guess.
When and how do you plan to kill yourself?

Then... dont use meat, then you have $23 in case you need to buy some, like, gas, or condoms, or tampons, what ever you like to fill up with.

gator sauce
This is so good. But why is it neon green?
it's made from peppers that are green
>>7858707
i've wondered that myself
also, it is very good, but it really only works on a handful of dishes. it's not the type of sauce that you keep coming back to. overrated/01
>>7858707
Color of the peppers used. I'm not familiar with this brand, but there can be some varieties of habanero that are green when ripe and or unripe habaneros can still be hot, though not quite the heat and flavor of their ripened counterpart.
Is tenderloin probabybly the best meat?
probabybly
No. One of the worst on the cow.

I don't own steel wool, only green scrub pads. What would be the best way to clean these? Pic related.
try to drown it in some acid like vinegar or citric acid, and leave it there.
other option would be boiled water with detergent

So I'm turning 21 in a few days, wondering what you'd recommend to try out? I've only had shit like Coors and Bud at parties. I'm a big coffee drinker, anything besides Baileys that I can mix into that is a plus. Price isn't really an issue
I started drinking when I was 21. Now I'm 37 and currently shitting blood all the time.
My advice? Stay away completely.
try some common cocktails at a bar that isnt a shitty dive and get an idea of what you do and dont like. then when you know what you want you can just buy the ingredients and make it yourself.
>>7858340
Go to a grocer that does the make your own six pack type deal
If you like coffee then make sure you get some stouts and porters
Cube some potatoes, onion and bacon. Cut some slices of spiced sausage like chorizo.
Fry everything in a pan with olive oil until crispy and golden. Season with salt and pepper.
What does one call this delicious dish?
