this might seem like a lazy troll or an unfunny cunt posting, but does anyone have recommendations for getting a good consistent defecation going?
i heard wheat and grains are good, but you can't eat those constantly that regularly imo, maybe thats just me.
I want type 3 regularly. Mine ranges through all of them. I think i need to get a more consistent diet.
mostly a consistant diet and finding out what works for you. your gut bacteria will change a lot from day to day and if you do things like eat meat for a week then all veggie for a week, you're going to have more problems with your digestion if you just ate a normal variety. You have to give your digestive system time to become acclimated to the kinds of food it is digesting.
Oatmeal or some other kind of whole grains are great for breakfast. For lunch, try making salads with loads of leafy greens like lettuce and rocket. You can roast/steam vegetables as a side dish for dinner - stuff like Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and green beans among others.
tl;dr eat more fibre
Very spicy chicken wings, chased with prune juice.
After six hours, consume two bowls of Bran Buds mixed with yougurt.
Eat some cabbage and an apple.
Repeat for a year.
Who's that guy, what's his name?
Is he cool, is he lame?
Oh you're talking 'bout what'shisname

I can get someone doing food reviews, but does he ever eat any home cooked food?
How old is he?
Is this all a Tim and Eric style thing and he has done an amazing job pulling it off walking the fine line of normal and absurdist humor?
>>7855315
He is literally a kid with severe depression reviewing food. Don't look too far into it.

Why arent you consuming 3+ tablespoons of coconut oil daily? It can mitigate hunger cravings and end every ailment known to man and you gain massive amounts of energy during the day.. and it makes your skin and hair shinier etc
The high saturated fat in coconut oil is unique its called MEDIUM CHAIN TRIGLYCERIDES and from what I understand, the body doesnt store as much of it in your fat storage but uses it as a quick energy source and burned up rapidly
Also because its so damn fulfilling you will consume less food and less calories throughout the day because you feel so fucking full
Right now im literally eating close to 10 tablespoons a day I havnt noticed any rapid weight gain it makes you feel good you really got to try it before you knock it
>Snek oil
I don't trust it, senpai.
Can you post some peer-reviewed, scientifically-proven documents validating the claim of its benefits?

I'm about to purchase a cast iron skillet and I'm reading you need to season the surface with an oil to build up a non stick. How did you guys go about doing this for the first time? And what type of oil did you use?
Vegetable oil I believe
>>7856847
If you're buying, for example, a Lodge cast iron skillet in the U.S., then it will come pre-seasoned. When people say you need to season it, they are misinformed. But there is still a grain of truth. You want to kind of "nurture" the seasoning, and cook foods that will improve it over time. Any kind of frying will do the trick.
I have two skillets. One I use outdoors on the grill, and the other indoors. For the indoor skillet, I scrape out any food with a spatula, and wipe it clean with a paper...

So what you're saying is cook foods that are fatty such as bacon to progressively build up the seasoning?
Is In-N-Out a meme?
It's incredibly cheap and really good, so I'd say no. It really is worthy of all the praise it gets.
