chili nut: doesn't actually have any chili flavor, it only has the sensation of heat which comes on at the end after you swallow

In any case, I know how to and I'm from the inland state of TN. I like things that can be eaten with chopsticks and I don't like washing silverware so it just worked out.

Boil a small amount of water with laundry detergent, water level being about half an inch or less from the bottom of the pot. You should see bubbling around the stains. Then try scrubbing the hell out of it, if some came out, repeat

Yesterday for lunch I tried a local Thai place for the first time. About 5 hours later I got nauseaus, ran to the bathroom and threw up enough to practically fill the bowl. Not even sure how it was possible
Spent the next 12 hours on my bathroom floor puking and on the toilet. I tried getting water down but couldnt. Had my friend bring me some pedialyte, which I finished all 33 oz's of but havent notice any difference. The puking has stopped but the shitting/pissing out of my ass hasnt.

That's normal. The pedialyte doesn't cure food poisoning, it helps you avoid dehydration and making things worse. All you can do is ride it out and drink a bunch of fluids.
Last time i had food poisoning i took imodium and then didn't shit for 3 days and on the 4th day i shat out a brick that left my ass bleeding which took forever to heal.

Can I add gluten to cornmeal, corn flour, buckwheat flour, rice flour etc. in order to make a regular elastic dough? Or does wheat contain other compounds beyond gluten that make it more suitable?

No, it won't quite work. What you /can/ do, however, is mix corn flour/masa harina, strong flour and gluten if you want to make a corn dough. In fact, that's what I do. I created a few years ago a flatbread that's kinda like naan meats tortilla. It's a risen bread, like naan, but includes masa harina, like a regular tortilla, so you get the delicious corn taste of a tortilla with the superior structure and chewiness of naan.
Whenever I make donair meat, I eat it in this flatbread.
