Lamb Chops with mint chimichurri & Orzo and Peas coupled w/ Meomi Pinot Noir.
I'm a culinary student, how can I improve?
Why is polish food so underrated. Most euroshit food is just a bunch of slav slop but the poles have some tasty treats.
Pic related, not included but obvious mention, perogis
Slavic peoples. Slavs are the people who live in Eastern and Central Europe, the Balkans, Central Asia and North Asia . They include: Russians, Poles,Macedonians, Czechs, Serbs, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Bulgarians, Slovaks, Slovenes, Croats and Bosnians.
Weird how that works faggot
So we're agreed that Poles are Slavs and therefore Polish food is just yet more Slav slop. So what the fuck is the OP even trying to ask? "Most euroshit food is just a bunch of slav slop but the poles have yet more slav slop."? It's a non-sequitur.
Sweet and sour chicken over rice with choco milk.
I want to buy a new chef's knife that is durable. I'm tired of having blades become dull so quickly, and I don't want to get them sharpened often.
What is a good brand for this? I was looking into Shun, but they seem overrated and more expensive than their worth.
I work in a meat processing facility, ask me about anything you want to know I guess.
Has anyone ever ordered alcohol online w/out being 21? I've got another year to go until i hit the magic number, and i've been craving some smirnoff, but anything will do. I've heard some people have had success, any tips/sites to buy from?
I don't get why don't they let you drink until fucking 21 in us. I grew up on thirdworld and nobody gave a fuck picking up some beer cans when I was 15. I moved to us when I was 18 and surprised people take drugs casually but unable to buy alcohol.
Does anybody else love the shit out of vegetables, but not really care for fruit?
I have to force myself to eat it. The only fruits I like are the less sweet varieties, like grapefruit. Most others just taste way too sweet to me.
Someone suggested that maybe I'm fructose intolerant, but I don't seem to be sensitive to fruits. They just...don't appeal to me.
So, I'm leaving alone now, and I'm an athlete, I'm a goalkeeper from portugal and I need foods to eat before games. So I'm looking for light but energetic things. I like anything but bellpeppers, help me please
Guess what I'm making
>making brown bread
>i forgot to put the egg in when i was making the dough
>it has been baking for 30 mins
>is my bread fucked?
there's a general consensus on preparing a steak:
>room temperature steak
>place on ridiculously hot surface (cast iron, grill)
>turn once etc etc
It seems much easier to get a good steak than good French fries. What techniques do you think are best? What steps are followed by businesses that weaken their fry game?
How many of these can you eat in a single sitting, /ck/?
Didn't see a Hungry Jack's thread, Hungry Jack's?
Is this shit any good?
Traveling to Portland soon. What places have the best coffee? and where should I eat?
Lot of hype around Stumptown. Only been to Portland once and went to Stumptown when there. It was good, but I don't know dick about coffee. I'm from San Diego and think Coffee & Tea Collective is the best here, just because they're the most pretentious.
