If you ran a restaurant would you have any rules for the customers? Or requests that the kitchen could turn down if they wanted?
Honestly the thought of being able to reject some moron that wants a million substitutions turns me on. Can't really run a restaurant like a dictator without backing it up with good food though.

>No more than two credit cards per table
Jesus, what the fuck
Marketing.
The worse you treat hipsters, the more they swarm a place.
That Indian dude that was in the news for wiping his ass with his hand and then making food... For "cultural reasons".
If that was on the west coast of the US, his restaurant would have been an overnight hit, the hipsters would have swarmed the place to lick curry off his stink finger.

That menu used to say "Chef reserves the right to serve ketchup to anyone over the age of 10"
food is actually pretty good, the fries don't need ketchup.
On this day 500 years ago the Reinheitsgebot (beer purity law) was passed in Bavaria.
Ever since that day true german beer is only brewed with 4 ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops and Yeast.
Celebrating this ill be getting shitfaced drunk on beer today which means starting early (its 1 p.m. CEST). Ill be posting the Beers im drinking, while getting less descriptive over time.
Im Starting with "Glocken Hell" from "Weißenoher Klosterbrauerei" (Weißenau Monastary). pic related.

Nice blog.
>pic related
>not true German beer

Reinheitsgebot was a an effective way to prevent shit lagers from festering in Germany, but doesn't mark a "true German beer", friend.
running low on beer. Im going beer shopping while drinking "Mahrs Bräu ungespundetes" (Mahrs Brewery unplugged, unfiltered) from Bamberg.
Good thing youre allowed to drink and drive in Germany.

The Springdale Police Department on Wednesday confirmed that Cody Morris 18, faces one count of felony robbery after the manager of a McDonald's on South Thompson Street accused the teenager of pouring himself a drink without paying.
“The theft became a robbery when the alleged suspect allegedly used force to resist apprehension by the store employees,” explained authorities, who noted that Arkansas law does not prevent from workers from attempting to detain criminal suspects.
I see a lot of threads where people appear to genuinely enjoy and look forward to eating fast food meals (Jimmy Johns, McDonalds, Chick-A-Filla, and so on).
What I would like to know is: how do people end up like this? Do you grow up eating fast food? Was it an everyday thing or just once in a while? Did your parents force you to eat it? Did you eat it at home, or at the fast food restaurant?
I apologize for making yet another fast food thread, but it's been bothering me lately.
Man, fuck you and your pretentious shit.
I've dined at some of the finest 3 Michelin star restaurants across the fucking world and you're just a fucking prick.
It's fucking tasty for fuck's sake! Is it elegant? No. Is it refined? No! But it's salty, greasy and savory -- it hits all the notes that something has to be good. It's a bombardment of fat and salt; it's incredibly satisfying.
I didn't grow up on it -- my family maybe at fast food twice a month at most.
>>7596478
I've been to some one and two star joints, but I don't know what that has to do with anything. I never said food had to be expensive. Are you one of those people who has no ability to taste the difference between good quality ingredients and shit-tier ingredients, so he has to use some external standard of quality like michelin stars and parker points to tell him what's good?
>>7596417
>Was it an everyday thing or just once in a while?
Fast food was a treat for us, we didn't have it very often as a kid. My parents really tried hard to have homecooked meals together as a family whenever we could.
Get your Ingredients:
1Lb of Raw Beef Fat
1Lb of Sirloin Steak
Leaf Lettuce
Vine Tomato
Horse Radish
King Hawaiian buns
Spice Mix for Burgers (I used salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, onion, garlic, MSG)
Cube and then freeze steak/fat for 1 hour (makes it easy to grind with your grinder)
Grind meat
Collect into reservoir
What are you drinking?
How did you make it?
>>7564606
Generic 5/5 strength ground roast coffee from Lidl
First time using a French press and it's a lot nicer than Nescafe instant which is way too bitter and acidic.
I can drink this black coffee for days.
Folgers Black Silk, French Press. Not that good, but cheap, and I drink too much coffee to justify good stuff every day.

Last thread was a lot of fun.
What pretentious tea are you drinking /ck/
How are you drinking it?
I'm drinking a chinese green gongfu style
Teabags, sugar and milk not allowed
Is tisane discussion allowed? I've been drinking a lot of Rooibos, I enjoy it's flavor, and lack of caffeine content. does anyone have suggestions for what sorts of tea it would blend well with?
How do you guys brew pu erh?
Are Dragon Pearl teas really only ready for sale in late summer/autumn?
What's the best appetite suppressant, natural or supplement?
Amphetamines work pretty well
Bird shit
psyclobin mushrooms
Why do people drink beer? It taste like piss, and in terms of getting drunk it's about ten times worse than just shooting down hard liquor.
I can get shitfaced on cheap vodka in about 5 minutes at a fraction of the price, while beer seems to take about 2 hours if not more of constant drinking to achieve the same effect.
Because beer like wine is a social drink you fucking moron
I drink some of my piss almost every day for the supposed health benefits and have never had a beer that tasted anything like piss.

Well I'm full of self loathing and I use sarcasm as a catharsis, so I'd say I'm already half way there.
Why does it use different cheese than every other burger at McDonalds?
The dollar values..
>>7593765
bullshit, we use the same cheese for every sandwich unless some cuck decides they want white cheddar.

that's a burger.
I got a DUI (2 gross mist. because I was over twice the limit too) and was incarcerated for about 4 days before I was able to get out on conditions until my court date.
I'm checking into a treatment center for a year, and will be going in tomorrow. (supposedly checking into a treatment b4 my court date will most likely prevent me from going to prison for 2 years.)
So I have one opportunity to have a last meal of my own choice; either home-cooked or eat-out. What would your last Freedom Meal be?
I'm thinking Filet Mignon (Slightly past rare, but rarer...
