I put this on everything, what do you put on everything?
Here is my challenge. I have 20 bucks for food. I have this, some ramen, 8lbs of rice, and a 3lb bag of frozen mixed veggies, a loaf of sliced bread and 3 eggs. What can i make that will last me until the end of the month? I have hot sauce, soy sauce, and some basic spices.
What goes good on a salami sandwich, and what bread I should use?
Right now I use provolone and spicy mustard on mine.
oil and balsamic
throw that all in the trash and order a jimmy john's #5 vito with lettuce and extra onions and no tomatoes on french bread, cut in half, and bread not scooped out
How can I reheat rice without a microwave?
I hate a stove, an oven, and a toaster oven.
Best way is to repurpose it. Make fried rice. If you MUST have white rice again, stick it in a pan with a splash of water and break up the clumps. Heat over low heat until it's heated through. The texture will suck balls though. You could also stick it in the oven as well, but it'll take as long or longer as it would if you just made a fresh pot of rice, and the texture will suck balls.
When making sangria, you're supposed to leave the sangria overnight in the fridge. Approximately how many hours is that for it to be adequately chilled and for the flavors to meld?
Ask a Chick-Fil-A kitchen employee anything. Pic not related but something I cooked recently.
This is objectively the best way to rate steak. I'm glad I found it so you faggots can be reminded.
There is no wrong way to eat steak of course, except the wrong way.
How do you cook your steak? Is it the right way?
The correct way the medium.
The preferred way is mid rare.
You always take a gamble when you under cook your meat. Even if your meat comes from a good supplier you can trust, that trust fails with an odd cow out who may have picked something up and can't be readily seen as being compromised. Mid rare, your meat will be juicy, delicious, and the way you may want it cooked. You're simply rolling the dice when you order it any less than medium. That's a risk many of us are willing to take though for a good meal.
That's really all there is to...

I really like feta cheese, but I feel like I'm being held back by my limited American knowledge of how to use it. Just about the only things I know of for feta are putting it in a salad and spearing cubes with olives on toothpicks.
What do Greeks do with this stuff? Just put it on bread like a sandwich?
I just smoked a bowl what should I eat for dinner?
I live in San Diego. The nearest White Castle is in Las Vegas.
Is it worth the road trip the weekend after next to make a trip up and grab a burger?
If so, I also might make a stop at Mos Burger.
What does /ck/ think of chili served in the way system?
Why do most restaurants have such variety in their menus?
Why not just do what Jiro has done and pick something and then perfect it?
There are very few things that would work for, and with sushi there's still a huge variety based on whatever fish came in that day, so people will have different experiences in the future.
You can be a baker, but you still need to sell a shit ton of different kinds of bread if you expect customers, unless you make the greatest baguette in the world and half the city is aware of it.
haha, usually its the men, not by much, but by enough. See women are basically the same as men when it comes to taste and being picky. The problem of course is for women its much more drastic social pressure to conform and fit in. men otoh it is slightly more acceptable to be a faggot who only wants dem tendies. end result is women will bitch less because theyre used to not paying at a restaurant and fitting in with other people. men will be far less likely to stab eachother in their social backs for being a basic eating cuckasaurous wreck
What other culinary memes did you fall for?
Carbon steel, and sheet trays, and mise en place, and sharpening/honing knives, and seasoning/tasting as you cook...
Basically everything they do in a professional kitchen is a meme and makes absolutely no sense and has never been proven to be of any worth.

I would but I don't go on /ck/ at all and I'm actually doing this to piss my friend off
Are there any Soylent alternatives that aren't so stupidly expensive?
