Just read a book called How Not To Die by Dr. Michael Greger. Aggressively pushes plant-based diet, filled with studies showing vegan/vegetarians are a lot healthier when it comes to chronic illnesses (obesity, blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, etc.) to the point that they lived longer and had better quality of life until the end.
That count as medical need?
What's the hottest pepper you can enjoy raw?
What's the hottest pepper you ever tried?

That's a chilli son. Only retards eat them raw to show how cool they are.
t. Guy that's eaten a number of different chillies.
>>7774215
I eat all peppers raw. Even superhots.
Just eat them with food, build a little tolerance and you'll be fine.
>Only retards eat them raw to show how cool they are
Technically, they're hot and not cool.
>>7774215
>chilli
No, it's still a pepper
why is cold pizza so damn good?
>>7774177
Pizza is always delicious anyways
>>7774177
Because kids have shit taste and you are a kid.
Depends on the pizza. Some places make pizzas that are decent hot, but terrible cold. A lot of thin crusts don't survive the cooling process well.
The hard shell taco is the superior form of the classic Mexican dish.

I like the white hard shell tacos. they have better flavor and are more authentic.

Hard shells are the most digusting white people shit in the world. Soft shell is better in everyway but the ideal is a freshly lightly fried semi hard shell.
Who's hungry?!
I could really go for a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, hot fresh fries and an ice cold Coca Cola!

You know the best part of moving back in with your parents is the food?
like tonight, i was all prepared to cook sichuan chilli stirfry, my mum, told me not took start cooking because it was too early, then she cooked it while i was out of the room on the other side of the house less than half an hour later
nothing better than having sichuan chilli stirfy taste like nothing but coconut because "i didn't want it to be too spicy, so i added some coconut cream! It BETTER NOT BE TOO HOT ANON!"
as in she literally added an entire can of the stuff
I sure do love the variety of food here
Pasta sauce from a jar
stir fry sauce from a jar
curry from a jar mixed with a can of coconut cream to make it taste like coconut every single time
pre-seasoned roasts with oven chips, fried eggs and a packet of cheesy noodles
well done steaks with oven chips, fried eggs and a packet of cheesy noodles
sometimes they get adventurous and have a boxed "taco" kit, but don't use the spices
sometimes mum will make a pot of soup with 2 minute noodles, very flavorful!
when my brother said he couldn't stand living with our parents because they eat the same things constantly and sound fucking disgusting when they stuff their fat faces with whatever bland over-salted slop they "cooked" from a packet he had no idea what he was missing out on.
It's so awesome living with people who get angry when you cook "too many vegetables!" and thing 250g of frozen vegetables is enough for 3 people. gotta get that "ruffage"! absolutely fantastic when 60 year olds eating habits are identical to a 6 year olds. they don't eat beans, don't like salsa, eat few vegetables and a lot of simple carbs. Sweet potatoes? ok, a small one is enough for 3 people, regular potatoes? 3 each of course!
if i don't get a new job soon i'm going to poison the food and double murder suicide these fucking pigs

Can /ck/ help me identify what kind of pastry this is?
It has a "rubbery" consistency on the outside and quite soft inside, quite delishious.
Any idea what it's called?
Cannelé a french speciality form the town of bordeaux.

>sister who lives on sweden says its the best fast food burgers on earth
What do i order? Is it like the subway of burger places?
They have a big list of what you can put on them, then you order with that list, and they give you your burger. In terms of fast food id definitely call it better than most.
But ive said it before, and ill say it 900 more times, you're much better off making your own burgers at home with real ingredients
The burger is mediocre. Better then most fast food but nothing amazing. The fries are what make it worth it.
>sister who lives on sweden says its the best fast food burgers on earth
Your sister has eaten exactly one burger in her entire life if she thinks this.
Hi co/ck/s, my flatmate has something wrong with his face so it's swelled up to the point that it's hard to move his jaw and painful to chew.
He gave me a whole load of tasty leftovers he had that would be too difficult to eat, I'd like to repay him by cooking something tasty but soft. At the moment he is just eating tinned soup & yogurt, and I know he hates soup.
Any ideas?
Mashed potatoes (mix in, carrots, onions or shallots, bacon bits, tuna, etc).
Scrambled eggs.
Applesauce.

thanks. I think I might go with the mashed potatoes. I had thought about Macaroni cheese and just overcooking the pasta

I've been having thoughts to create my own alcohol and sell it. How hard would it be to start one up?

I'd say do wine first because fuckers LOVE home made wine. Just lie out the ass about what it's made out of because It's really tap water with Welch's frozen fruit juice.
>>7773779
LOL, I was planning to do like a fruity tasting vodka
wine or beer, then there is the trend of wanting beverage without gluten.
start with your hometown then expand after a couple of years if you still got passion for it

maybe I'm a moron (as well as a slo drinker) but when is someone going to invent a glass that keeps the goddamn beer cold? No one likes to drink warm beer!
What's wrong with tasting it for what it is? Maybe try something else if you don't like the full flavor.
>>7773743
There are glasses that you keep in the freezer with a layer of liquid trapped between layers of glass. It acts like an ice cube without diluting your beverage.

trying out new cocktails today. its around 9:30 a.m. and its raining so I'm thinking I'm gonna stay in today and try some new recipes for cocktails. right now i've made a J.D. and Coke with a splash of Tobasco sauce to spice it up a bit. I call it a jacksy tobascy
i'm not personally a big fan of jack and coke, or any kind of mixture with coke (more of a vodka water w/lime // vodka anything as long as its not a super sugary mix kinda guy) but I think i'm diggin this
anyway, i guess just post your favourite drinks...

When I do cocktails, I usually stick to something simple like a tom collins.
Debating on the name Miami Heat or California Sun
1 part gin
1 part of another gin
1 part vodka
1 part fireball
1cup of watermelon mint lemonade, + or - depending on how stiff you like it.
