provalone, munster, sharp cheddar, smoked gouda

Nothing, get a different meat.

Swiss is pretty good m8. Get some bean sprouts on there, some mustard. Good shit.
Sup /ck/,
I'm trying to lose weight. Can we get a healthy recipe thread? I'm talking meals less 500 calories. Preferably cheap.
I would just eat fish and rice/veggies every meal, but I don't want to die of mercury poisoning.

>I would just eat fish and rice/veggies every meal, but I don't want to die of mercury poisoning.
God bless America
Only anti-vaxxers have a problem with mercury, you paranoid monkey.
Alternate with chicken breast if it's such a big deal for you.
Mercury only really compounds at any noticeable levels in big predator fish; swordfish, bonitos, etc.
Think of it: little tiny buggers get a little tiny bit of mercury in them, but then anchovies eat a thousand of those, and a big tuna eats a thousand anchovies, and suddenly you have a tuna with a million little buggers worth of mercury.
But that only really hurts kids, adults are pretty cool with a lil mercury

Do you want the egg to cook or not?

Who here /jarlsberg/?
This stuff is as close as it gets to a perfect cheese outside of WI.
My absolute favorite cheese. Good taste, OP.
>WI
Absolutely abysmal. The best cheese is from beautiful Gary, Indiana.
I got the Little Caesars Deep Dish Detroit Pizza and I have no complaints. I would recommend it.
looks good, but it's no 'go 'za
For me, it is authentic Gary Indiana 'gna cake.
>Detroit style
does it come with a free mugging?
What does /ck/ spend the most money on, food-wise? Do you keep a budget?
Pic related, had no idea that vegetables were really that expensive. Holy tits.
>>7775490
Canned soup or chicken salad sandwiches.
>>7775490
Do you live in America? There's a reason poor people are fat an unhealthy: good healthy wholesome food is out of their price range.
There aren't any government subsidies keeping the price of cabbage down.
>>7775497
Yeah, I'm in America. I also don't eat meat, which makes me a bit pissed at the current distribution of subsidies. There's no reason that a single heirloom tomato should cost as much as a pound of steak, ffs.
I'm not sure if this belongs here or in /r/ but I was looking at the CDC and FDA websites on how likely someone is to get sick from drinking unpasteurized milk but I can't seem to find any information on how like someone is to get sick from drinking pasteurized milk. Does anyone have any scientific (as in not hippy or vegan biological revisionist) sources on that? If this does belong on /r/ then I'm sorry, mods. Please be gentle
Took me using bing for twelve seconds.
I didn't real if its good or bad, but it's got some sources for you.

How likely? Pretty damn likely.
http://www.cdc.gov/foodsafety/rawmilk/raw-milk-questions-and-answers.html#who
"From 1998 through 2011, 148 outbreaks due to consumption of raw milk or raw milk products were reported to CDC. These resulted in 2,384 illnesses, 284 hospitalizations, and 2 deaths. Most of these illnesses were caused by Escherichia coli, Campylobacter, Salmonella, or Listeria. It is important to note that a substantial proportion of the raw milk-associated disease burden falls on children; among the 104 outbreaks from 1998-2011 with information on the...

Outside of Mexico, what other countries have god tier breakfast options?
UK obv
>>7775219
america.
>>7775224
Breakfast is something the UK does alright. I like having beans in the morning
Anyone one else try this yet? Delicious. much much better than that shitty root beer they make.
Why not get some good ginger ale and mix it with some alcohol? It'll taste better and probably be cheaper even if you get the expensive stuff. Why the hell does shit like this even exist? It's like they're marketing it to people too fucking lazy to even mix a college student's first cocktail. It's a fucking stupid idea and crowding out the actual good beers, like ten years ago when those awful alco-pops like Smirnoff Ice showed up. Can we just kill this fad before burns itself out?
>>7775169
I felt depressed after drinking one of these. They're awful
>>7775507
Whiskey and ginger ale is delicious, btw. Even better with ginger beer.
