OK I know this board is mostly NEETs that eat hot pockets. But some of us cook.
My bird after it was fried.
/Thanksgiving/ general I guess.
Must have side dishes???
>cooking turkey 2 days in advance
Enjoy your dry meat OP!
What is your favorite home made drink?

Pic related - this time of year I love making eggnog. Anyone have a recipe they love?
Red-pill me on chestnuts, /ck/.
So far all I've read is:
>boiling makes them soft but sweeter than roasting
>roasting them makes them slightly less sweet but with a roasted flavor
>a good percentage of raw, loose chestnuts will be bad (mold, worms, shriveled up, etc)
I need chestnuts for a stuffing, and possibly cookies.
I assume boiling is easier, but doesn't the song say "chestnuts roasting..."?
Are you taking advantage of this deal this week?
>eat 30 nuggers
>drink 18 beers
>wake up in puddle of beer and nugger vomit
The smell of regurgitated BK nugs will forever ruin them for me
Fuck you, at least their bbq sauce isn't just brown ketchup. It has a nice bite to it
Fat makes you fat and keeps your heart healthy
ITT: foods we lost to memes
RIP in peace hasselback potatoes
>Not eating something you like because its a "meme"
That's the dankest meme I've seen all year.
>posting hasselback here thinking I've found something new and exciting
>tfw realizing they've already been meme'd to death
You get 3 for a dollar, it's fucking delicious, it can do no wrong.
>pic related it's my choice
How does /ck/ make their ramen?
I take the block out of the bag and boil it in a soup made of whatever the fuck is in the fridge. Then I crack two eggs into it and wait for the whites to cook.
That's the extent of how fancy I'm willing to get.
What do you think of my pizza, /ck/?
Why aren't more chef's Alpha like this? And lay out rules for picky guests?
>. “Cuz, no substitutions. This is the way I cook. Don’t break my balls,” Martorano says on the menu.
Chinese? Indian? Italian? /ck/ decides this al-mighty debate of all debates!
I'm a Midwesterner traveling on the west coast and I'm going to try In-and-Out burger for the first time today. What should I get?
Don't forget to give her the ol' in and out for extra special thrills and chills.
So what does /ck/ think about Nigella Lawson?
I'm currently binging on Nigella's old cooking shows, she just seems so vibrant and happy about cooking and talking about food it's so addicting
>I don't even like watching cooking shows
>implying you wouldn't love her cooking as a husband
What do usually get when you go to Subway?
Why is smoked salmon so fucking amazing?
Smoked fish is inherently amazing. Smoked salmon is just a popular example. Mackerel, herring, trout, sturgeon, sable and whitefish are all equally good. Even smoked sardines are fucking bomb.
