I recently learned Americans don't eat lamb. As someone who sells a few hundred heads of lamb a year I am disappoint.
Americans, have you had lamb?
Rest of the world, suggest recipes.
Lamb is delicious but very expensive in markets in the US. You need to look for a "Halal" market, excellent lamb at very good prices.
Best burgers ever: half chuck roast, half lamb, grind them together, gently form patties, grill them. Out-fucking-standing.
>tfw your butler fucks up your creamed eggs with lobster on toast points by pairing it with a subpar reisling
What do I do with all this mint?
Are you supposed to eat the rind?
>This ain't ya fancy craft/ales list, git 'awt
My interpretation based on this seasons sippings, drippings, tipplings and binging.

Oh dear, are you already on your third beer tonight lil bud? Pace yourself.
For anyone trying to find good thanksgiving recipes for tomorrow:
This is hands-down the best creamy, mashed potatoes recipe on Earth.
Also, what are you cooking tomorrow general thread.
So, what's on your /ck/ Christmas list this year?
>Americans deep fry stuff in pans.
Holy shit, isn't that dangerous as fuck? Why don't they use pic related more often? It's pretty much the only thing people use for deep frying in my country.
I do not have a family and I do not really bother celebrating thanks giving but what does happen every year is I get myself a nice pumpkin pie.
Why is it the best pie ever?
Don't come at me with your pecan shit, it is too sweet southern bro.
My 20 year old microwave just failed today. Perfect timing for a new one since black Friday is right around the corner.
What brand/model of microwaves should I buy?
>self-repairing a 20 year old microwave yourself with no technical expertise
Microwaves are pretty dangerous to repair, and calling someone to fix it would be a pointless waste of money that could be spent on a new unit.
Shit like this pisses me off. Anyone else got stories of visiting meme filled restaurants? Literally the cancer that is killing the restaurant industry.
Despite the le french cuisine is le best cuisine. Do you like French cooking?
a lot of peoples come to our country and enter those "french restaurant"
who are in fact the equivalent of just a fucking cafe, not an actual french food place.
you want to search for michelin star stuff or "auberges"
I ate this the other day in Florence and it was awesome
What thanksgiving food are you most excited for? Whats your favorite? Mine is probably corn pudding.
