Well it's a different crowd now at cons then it was before 2005. Geek culture is the current fad and really popular in mainstream society. Also the people who are now attending where all born post 1995 and started school with the bush administration. So education hit a hard wall and no one learned shit about social issues other then the lies they never fact checked. You can sew it into the top part of the cosplay and make it entirely a one piece thing. You would put your legs in first and pull the cosplay up around you as you put it on. I was at a con last year and someone busted out a portable speaker at the corner of the hall that was closed off. We had 17+ cosplayers moving in and out of a dance circle showing off their moves and around 60ish people crowding around. Sir Dj boom box was taking requests by the dancers. Every 3rd or so song was a club song which lead to some hair twirling by the female cosplayers. 17m into it we got one of the staff talking to the DJ saying parents were complaining about their kids seeing women act inappropriately and shut us down. It wasn't officially setup though that we could even be doing that which I could understand for that being the reason but instead the guy just said complaining parents.
