I have never ever ever seen a good cosplay of mai husbando. The 2 requirements for Zoro are that you must be tan and physically fit, and at least 75% of the guys who cosplay him are doughy white sacks of mayonaise with awful green spray-on dye in their hair. J Stryker is the one cosplayer I've seen come close to Zoro's level of hotness but he uses a terrible wig so that ruins it for me.

Now there's an idea for a cosplay. I've got a similar face shape, and I'm pretty muscular. Unfortunately, I live in the UK, so it's very difficult to get a tan, since it seems whenever it is sunny, I'm either at the gym, or working.
One of the thing I like about One Piece, is the variety of outfits they wear. Same with Bleach, although it's only in extras with the manga, since Tite Kubo wanted to do a fashion manga.
It's a shame I have a chest tattoo, since it'd ruin the aesthetic of a large amount of his fits.
