not OP but not havin git vectored = not having a quality original version. vector drawings are basically saved as the shapes not as pixels so there's no pixelated parts or anything, so they can be scaled up infinitely

I've shipped something out and had my "I've sent your item out today!" message not go through on Lacemarket, stuff like that can happen. Just send the seller a message asking if they've shipped it yet.

I message sellers the moment I hit the BIN, as soon as I see their response, whenever a step of the process is done, whenever I think I will be away from my phone for a day or two, when it arrives and if I have an issue I will send them emails and messages as often as needed to get it handled.
I have never had an issue where I communicated too much or too soon anon, it's the lack of communications that gets buyers and sellers alike paranoid.

If it was six months ago, and you sent it through USPS, it is too late to receive anything from the insurance you put in the package.
This may or may not be a scam, but it certainly rings a ton of warning bells to me.
Paypal also has a time limit on when you can report bad sellers, check that, and talk to your buyer, tell them they need to take it up with their local postage.

It's a straightforward design but a dress like that can easily eat up 6.5-7 yards of fabric (8.5+ if it's not 60" wide), and a decent quality non-polyester fabric is going to run ~$7/yard, so I'd be wary of any quote that does appear to account for $70 in materials. Personally I'd price it out around $200. You'd probably have better luck getting it by AX if you commissioned the wig and dress separately from two different people.
